Q View Production — Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Welcome to Q View Production. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking services, products, and creative services. By accessing our website or purchasing any service or product from Q View Production, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Q View Production

Q View Production provides professional creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Media Production

  • Creative Direction

  • Branding Visuals

  • Content Creation

  • Event Coverage

  • Drone Services (where legally permitted)

  • Podcast Production

  • Editing Services

  • AI-Assisted Creative Services

  • Print Products

  • Digital Products

  • Merchandise

  • Consulting

  • Future creative services and products offered by the company

2. Booking Policy

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • Full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

  • Required booking information has been submitted.

  • Q View Production confirms the reservation.

Dates are not held without payment.

3. Payment Policy

All bookings currently require 100% payment before services are scheduled.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Square

  • PayPal

  • Cash App

  • Bank Transfer

  • Other approved payment methods

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in cancellation of services and additional collection fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client cancellations made:

  • More than 14 days before service may receive up to a 75% refund.

  • Between 7–14 days may receive up to a 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before service are generally non-refundable.

Administrative fees, processing fees, and non-recoverable expenses are not refundable.

Q View Production reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on circumstances.

5. Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule may be offered with at least 72 hours notice.

Additional reschedules may require a fee.

Weather-related outdoor sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when necessary.

6. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late reduce their session time.

Sessions ending due to client lateness are not extended unless scheduling allows.

Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may be considered a no-show.

7. No Shows

Failure to appear for a scheduled session without communication is considered a no-show.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

8. Creative Control

Clients acknowledge that Q View Production retains full artistic discretion regarding:

  • Posing

  • Lighting

  • Composition

  • Editing style

  • Color grading

  • Cropping

  • Final image selection

  • Video editing style

Raw or unedited files are not included unless specifically purchased.

9. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery:

Photography:
2–4 weeks

Video Projects:
Varies by project

Commercial Projects:
Per contract

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

10. Image Usage

Unless otherwise agreed:

Q View Production retains copyright ownership of all images, videos, and creative works.

Clients receive a personal or licensed usage right depending on the purchased package.

Commercial use requires written permission or an appropriate commercial license.

11. Model Release

Unless declined in writing before the session, clients grant permission for Q View Production to use completed work for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Marketing

  • Advertising

  • Educational purposes

  • Promotional materials

Clients may request a privacy agreement before booking.

12. Copyright

All photographs, videos, graphics, branding materials, digital downloads, templates, AI-generated artwork, and creative works remain intellectual property of Q View Production unless otherwise transferred in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

13. AI-Assisted Services

Certain creative services may utilize AI-assisted tools for:

  • Image enhancement

  • Background generation

  • Concept visualization

  • Marketing assets

  • Design assistance

Final creative decisions remain under Q View Production’s direction.

14. Print Products

Color variations between screens and printed materials are normal.

Q View Production is not responsible for manufacturer variations beyond reasonable quality standards.

15. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Secure necessary location permissions

  • Obtain required permits when applicable

  • Communicate expectations before the session

  • Treat equipment respectfully

16. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Copy website content

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Distribute malicious software

  • Infringe upon intellectual property

17. Limitation of Liability

Q View Production is not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Equipment failure

  • Illness

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Internet outages

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service where permitted by law.

18. Changes to Services

Services, pricing, packages, and policies may change without prior notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States laws.
